I have been seeing Aman Gill, LMHC, for a couple of years now, and I’m incredibly grateful to have her as my therapist. Aman has helped me tremendously with my growth, not only with navigating everyday life, but also through the grief of losing both of my parents within months of each other in 2024.Aman is patient, kind, insightful, and attentive. She asks thoughtful questions that help me look at things from different perspectives, better understand my feelings and patterns, and find practical ways to get to a clearer headspace. She has helped me build tools that I now use in my everyday life and has helped me become more confident and feel safer within myself. I know I still have work ahead of me, but I can also recognize how much I have grown, and Aman has been an important part of that growth. I’m truly grateful that she is my therapist.I recently began seeing Alexa Velez-Pearson, ARNP, PMHNP, for psychiatric care, and I had such a positive experience with her. I felt genuinely heard and understood. Alexa took the time to listen and ask thoughtful questions, and I felt comfortable talking with her about things that can be difficult for me to explain. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and I really appreciated how present, attentive, and engaged she was throughout our appointment. I’m very happy to have her as part of my care moving forward.I’ve also consistently had positive experiences with the staff when dealing with scheduling or billing. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been kind and helpful, they get back to me in a timely manner when I need something, and I really appreciate the option of virtual appointments.Finding mental health providers you feel safe and comfortable with can be difficult, and I’m very grateful for the care and support I receive here. Both Aman and Alexa have made me feel heard and supported, and I’m grateful to have them helping me continue to grow and better understand myself.

I've had a great experience with Eastside Psychiatry & TMS Center. The providers have been professional, attentive, and easy to work with, and I've always felt comfortable discussing my concerns during appointments. What really stood out was the level of customer service. When I had a question about a billing issue, the team took the time to listen, review the situation, and work with me to find a fair resolution. Lily, in particular, was incredibly responsive, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. It's clear that they genuinely care about their patients and are committed to providing both quality care and excellent service. I would recommend Eastside Psychiatry & TMS Center to anyone looking for a provider who treats patients with professionalism and respect.

I had the greatest experience here. Lex was my provider and she was such a chill down to earth person and she just kept it real! I never felt the need to lie about how i’m feeling or what’s been going on because everyone there made me super comfortable. Overall my experience with TMS therapy changed my life. I’m still in high school but have been dealing with depression and other mental health challenges for YEARS. I have tried a numbers of meds and different therapies, but nothing has gotten me to the point I am at now. TMS grew my perspective on life, it was so eye opening. My last appointment I started crying in my car from how much relief I felt. I finally feel like myself again after years of hiding behind those walls my brain wired me into thinking was normal..iykyk. life genuinely just felt like butterflies and rainbows again. I was able to enjoy myself i wasn’t suffocating in my mind for days on end, i could actually breathe.

The team at Eastside is truly incredible. I have loved working with them. Lex has gone to bat for me time and time again to help get my treatment covered. I've completed about 50 sessions with Eastside and will be returning for maintenance soon. I whole heartedly recommend Eastside TMS for depression treatment. It has been such a great treatment and has vastly improved my depression symptoms.

I can't say enough positive things about this place and the incredibly kind people who work there! We came to Eastside after hearing great things about TMS from a friend back home in Atlanta, and were greeted with such warmth and kindness from every single member of the team - it made the whole experience feel like coming to visit friends each day. The treatment itself was also incredibly helpful for my husband who had struggled with treatment resistant depression for many years - we would both highly recommend Eastside to anyone considering TMS!

I chose to drive from Seattle to Eastside TMS in Renton for the exceptional care they provide. The office space is lovely, and the people are even better in their genuine care for patients. My provider Lex is such a sweet and relatable person who is easy to communicate with if there are any questions. The techs always greet you with a smile and engage in delightful conversation during treatment. They are also extremely flexible with rescheduling appointments which I really appreciated during a treatment that is so time intensive. The best part was that I got to bring my dog along too.

Ruth M was my provider and i wanted to say she was so lovely to work with. She was always extremely kind to me, made me feel seen, and she had a lot of good thought-provoking things to say to me. I get my meds managed by Dr. Nagai and my therapist is Aman Gill, and they are both wonderful, helpful, and attentive. The staff I speak to when dealing with scheduling or billing are always super nice and helpful. I love that they offer virtual sessions. They also get back to me in a timely manner when I need something.Update: For a couple years now, aside from seeing Dr. Stephanie for psychiatry, I've been seeing Aman Gill, LMHC as well. Aman has helped me so much in my progress not just with day to day life, but also with losing my parents within months of each other back in 2024. She is very patient, kind, insightful, and truly helps me feel more confident and safe with myself. She always asks me the best questions to get me thinking and lots of ideas to help myself to a clearer headspace. I still have lots of work ahead of me but Aman is wonderful and I'm glad she is my therapist.

I completed 52 sessions of TMS, and it has genuinely changed my life. Before starting treatment, I was living with chronic, treatment-resistant depression, severe anxiety, and PTSD from gun violence to the point where I couldn’t go out in public. Places like IKEA, the mall, or Costco felt impossible. I had been on medication for 15 years, and I’ve been in therapy, but nothing ever brought real relief. At my worst, I couldn’t get out of bed or brush my teeth, let alone get to the gym, which used to be my lifeline for my mental health. I was also emotionally flatlined. For the last 15 years of my life I wasn’t living; I was just existing.
I also want to be honest about how dark things were: within the last two years, I was having suicidal ideation. A major mental breakdown a few weeks before treatment was finally the catalyst that pushed me to seek help. I started new medication and then began TMS, and that combination, especially TMS, changed everything.
I started feeling relief around session 10, but the most powerful shift happened after completing all 52 sessions. The clinic explained that TMS continues to work even after the final session, and that has absolutely been true. It truly felt like my brain was being rewired.
Today, I am able to do things I avoided for over a decade. I can go out in public again, IKEA, malls, Costco; places that used to be my nightmare. I want to socialize and actually follow through. I’ve picked up new hobbies. My work schedule is consistent again, and I’m starting new projects with the energy I haven’t felt before. Ever.
Before TMS, even on days I pushed myself to go out, my mind was always telling me: What’s the point? I’m just going to go home and be depressed again. I didn’t participate in seasonal things, I didn’t go see the cherry blossoms, I didn’t do anything “for fun” because it all felt pointless. For 15 years, when people talked about “living in the moment,” I genuinely did not understand what that meant.
After TMS, I finally get it. I understand presence. I understand enjoyment. I don’t wake up with that rain cloud anymore.
My anxiety has changed in ways I never thought possible. I used to be terrified of flying, and panic attacks at the airport were normal for me. But recently, after finishing my TMS treatment, I got on a plane and didn’t even have the thought of anxiety. The fear wasn’t there. And now, even when I do have an anxious thought, it’s disconnected from my body. My nervous system no longer reacts. I can look at the thought logically and it just… leaves. That shift alone has been life-changing.
And I have to mention the staff, because they made this entire journey feel safe, warm, and human.
The front desk team and the techs were incredibly compassionate and made every single appointment comfortable. The manager was amazing, and Alexa, the psychologist, made me feel seen, validated, and understood. Also, being able to bring my dog—who is genuinely my emotional support—meant so much to me. It made the clinic feel like a healing environment instead of a clinical one.
TMS didn’t just improve my symptoms. It gave me a second chance at life.
I can’t believe how different I feel today compared to the version of myself who walked in on day one.

Eastside is hands down the best healthcare experience I have ever had. Everyone I worked with here was beyond amazing, the way they fought my insurance to get me approved and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had a seamless treatment was life changing. Honestly I get choked up thinking about it, thats how wonderful all of these women were. I truly can't say enough positive experiences about this treatment center and have/will continue to recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you for everything you and your team did for me.

Alexa is incredible! I have worked with many psychology experts this last year, and Alexa is top notch. I am amazed by her breadth of knowledge. Not only is she super down to earth and easy to talk with, she understands my newfound diagnoses, doesn’t make me feel like a number, and really takes time to make sure I understand things. I feel super lucky to be working with her. Alexa is a gem, highly recommend!! Looking forward to my next appointment with her :)
